Fact Finders

Before your meeting with an advisor, we ask that you take time to review and fill out either a comprehensive fact finder or a shortened client questionnaire so we can gauge your needs properly during our meeting and find areas of weakness or areas of importance for your comprehensive financial plan.

Choose a Fact Finder

Feel free to complete the fact finder that best meets your goals so we can better assist you in meeting all of your financial needs. If you are unsure which fact finder to fill out, start with the Comprehensive Fact Finder for your initial meeting. Links to download each Fact Finder are below the description.

Comprehensive Fact Finder

This fact finder is a 27 page questionnaire that is a comprehensive overview of your financial position and your priorities. In order for us to get the best possible picture of your financial situation, our advisors recommend reviewing and filling out this document prior to your first meeting. This helps you not only find the information that you need, but also recognize your priorities. This also helps us understand your risk tolerance, your estate planning needs and much more.

Shortened Fact Finder

This is an abridged version of the Comprehensive Fact Finder. This allows us to get an overview of your financial picture without delving too deep into anything. The Shortened Fact Finder allows you to set your priorities for what you wish to accomplish from our new relationship. This has a section for the client and their spouse to each set their own priorities as well as a general plan for retirement needs. There is also a section for clients to outline their goals and a timeline for those goals.
